I've always seen it referred to as the "TikTok haircut", it was all those teenage heartthrob TikTok boy bands that popularized it.
I call it the "Broccoli Haircut" cus it looks like broccoli

God damned broc-top! There are so many other options that are less conventional! You have total freedom to choose any flavour but pick 'fair trade vanilla.'
I'm guessing it's called that cuz kids that age will meet up at McDonald's to hang out.
