It's good.

Not too scary, actually thought it would be gorier, there's a list of CWs here.

It's a game that's a lot about discovering what's there, so I don't want to spoil it upfront. Well drawn, pretty well acted. I finished a playthrough and replayed the end a few different ways, found it fairly satisfying.

On a scale of 1-10, how horny is this? It looked interesting, but I was a little skeptical about it

Not very horny at all. The game says "This is a love story" and that's true enough, but it's definitely not that kind of visual novel.
