Brings a while new meaning to "living at the office" ... also, something something work-life balance
I would do it, I mean the carpet sucks and the stock lighting is awful but the deck isn't bad, decent view of the slough. Basic amenities are serviceable. If I were a single guy and wanted to live in the area I'd consider it. The HOA fees are too much unless it comes with security.
Also I’m pretty sure you could be loud as fuck late at night and none of your neighbors would care.
