This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

Apparently the average size is 320 sq ft. Which is wild, that's a lot of space being used lmao
If you at least partially include the shared spaces in a parking garage that is needed so you can actually get in and out of your parking space at all times that sounds about right.
