There are a number of posts that I have seen, namely nsfw posts, that I like but don't want stuck at the top of my scroll when going through.

I like the posts so I don't want to block the user, so it's there any way for me to hide the posts?

uncheck "show read posts" in your settings.

That's a crutch with high side effects but may be a nice feature.
