Reminder that Unreal Engine is source available not open source.
Also a reminder that Valve doesn't license their engine out to pretty much anyone!
IIRC they only license it out in SDKS?
Like GPL, you have to be a customer to be entitled to the source code and modifications are under a share-alike license.
You could sell the unmodified Unreal Engine if you wanted to but your customers would still be subject to the epic user license.
