Seems like Robert Kurvitz isn't involved in this one? At this point with all the distinct groups clamouring for post DE credibility I'm just interested in Kurvitz's creative output.
This is the Argo Tuulik studio. Kurvitz and co are responsible for the lore and world building prior to the game, but other people like Argo also wrote a lot of the characters and quests in the actual game.

Oh definitely I don't mean to imply only Kurvitz wrote the whole game. Thanks for that info!
I'd be interested in hearing what he loves about those characters, because to me they're so minor and somewhat generic that now I feel like a missed the point or somehow haven't gotten all the dialog options they have.
Good point. In his Wikipedia article, it says his studio is called Red Info and got funding from NetEase.
I went down the rabbit hole and Argo Tuulik seems like a real one
