Gunther has confused me so much more with being on the side of Palestine, does he just want every non-NATO nation to collapse? That's basically the only sense I can make of him at this point.
The man wants there to be an infinite number of nations
The destruction of one is complete anathema to his life's work
Dude wants to collect 10,000 national flags.
It's becuase Israel isn't committed enough to the Ukraine War for Gunther, like they still have fairly good relations with Russia. Whatever you want to say about Gunther (like he is the reincarnation of Hitler), he is very consistent in his belief that if you don't support Ukraine wholeheartedly, your country should be partitioned into a thousand smaller countries.
