Same. I feel souls-like now just means kinda hard bosses and you have to run back to your corpse or else you lose your money.

I find it's more that anything with a stamina bar and a dodge roll gets labeled as "souls like"

Trust me, you don't need a stamina bar for people to do that. But those people are wrong and we should not humour them.
