You're allowed to eat 100g of sugar an hour when you aren't a cyclist.
Well yeah you can, but without actually burning those carbs it's really not a good idea ๐คฃ
You just have to watch 4 hours of TV, or have 2 hours of sex per 100g of sugar. I suppose if you count the couple, you can share 100g of sugar per hour...
