I just finished Logan's run(1967) and have a few questions (sh.itjust.works)

I loved the book, it was a very fun fever dream. Do the sequels have that same sort of frenetic energy?

Also, I'm not sure if I ever actually saw the movie or just saw clips of the movie in parodies and what not, does the movie at all follow the insane beats of the book?

All I recall is the futuristic plastic world, none of the crazy stuff in the book, which is leading me to think that maybe I haven't actually seen the movie.

It’s been 40 years since I’ve read the book. I remember the themes being similar.

Cool, thanks. I was actually just mulling over how much I actually knew about Logan's run when it was mentioned in some other thread and then I picked up the book and realized I had never read it and now I realize that I haven't seen the movie either haha

I can't imagine it could be a bad idea to revisit the novel if it's been a while, it's so non-stop exciting and wild that it's difficult to put down.
