We had a first grade teacher who grabbed a kid by the back of the hair and repeatedly slammed his head off the desk. Happened a few times. Tied another kid to his chair and didn't let him go to lunch. She'd slam her apple pointer inches from your face, at least until she broke it one day.
But it was first grade. We knew it wasn't right, but just not how wrong it was.
Why a POS like that ever wanted to teach kids is beyond me.
I ate in a certain teacher’s room during lunch in middle school. I was well liked by teachers because I enjoyed school and behaved well. My best friend was a trouble maker because of unmedicated ADHD.
One day he comes to the classroom during lunch to see me, and the teacher goes “Oh hell no” and drags him out of the room. Confused, I go out into the hallway and see him dragging my friend down the hallway by the ear, screaming “You’re useless, and you’ll never amount to anything! Everyone knows you are garbage! Just give up!”
It felt weird because they were so nice to me, and the unmitigated aggression seemed to come out of nowhere. I didn’t understand for years that some people are just broken inside. I did stop eating there.
Anyway my friend is a successful chemical engineer now.
Yeah, ADHD is basically a cheat code for getting bullied by teachers. I had some who were great, but I can't think of a year until high school I didn't have at least one who clearly had a problem with me

Uh... What? That's the part that just doesn't compute for me...
