Food intake like that, all comfort carbs devoid of nutrients, is a strong contributing factor to autism & other mental illnesses & malaise & neurodivergences. Edit: Sigh when will I ever learn to keep nutritional wisdom to myself because people who think nothing of what they put into their mouths beyond how good it tastes have no desire to comprehend such things, and you don't notice how shitty you feel from the foods you eat because you've felt shitty your entire life.
