The European Systematic Risk Board? They are part of the European Central Bank. Not much of self-regulating here.

Ah, OK. That kind is not much regulating, actually. Or have you heard of them demanding serious penalties from someone?

Nah they basically do their thing and nobody thinks about them anymore. They popped up as an industry reaction to people calling for censorship regulations, I think the last time they had any major problems was around 2013 when GTA V released and dumbasses being stupid about that and trying to push an adult rating.
