Welcome to the News community!
Rules:
1. Be civil
Attack the argument, not the person. No racism/sexism/bigotry. Good faith argumentation only. This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban. Do not respond to rule-breaking content; report it and move on.
2. All posts should contain a source (url) that is as reliable and unbiased as possible and must only contain one link.
Obvious biased sources will be removed at the mods’ discretion. Supporting links can be added in comments or posted separately but not to the post body. Sources may be checked for reliability using Wikipedia, MBFC, AdFontes, GroundNews, etc.
3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.
Only approved bots, which follow the guidelines for bots set by the instance, are allowed.
4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source. Clickbait titles may be removed.
Posts which titles don’t match the source may be removed. If the site changed their headline, we may ask you to update the post title. When necessary, post titles may be edited, clearly marked with [brackets], but may never be used to editorialize or comment on the content.
5. Only recent news is allowed.
Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.
6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.

The problem with your logic is youre still looking this as "just a joke".
It doesn't matter if it's a joke or not. The punchline is "I support what trump is doing".
Like, if someone puts on a Nazi uniform, would you feel the same?
What if the sweatshirt said "trans people aren't people"?
Where do you draw the line?
And do you legitimately not understand how much horrible shit is legal to say?
If that's the line, we're fucked.
No I'm not. I think they are an absolute garbage of a person. I just don't think anyone's livelihood should be impacted by what they do in their free time.
If our employers can police our character even during off hours then we are never off the clock and are owned by the company.
We really are already owned since we need need to work or starve, but I'd rather get to at least live the few waking hours I have where I'm not working as I choose.
There shouldn't be any line as far as my employer is concerned.
Like I said:
I thought you just didn't realize what you were saying...
But you clarified and are apparently just 100% ok with fucking hat speech
can't tell if this is a redhat pun
I'm 100% okay with not being company property.
It's funny how you think company "morality" only works in the direction that favors you. Wasn't all that long ago that being found out gay meant a company would fire you, but sure let the shareholders to decide what you get to do at home. After all the company only has your best interest at heart
Alright little buddy, it's been fun but regardless of if you know what you're saying or not, the first rule of the internet remains the same.
I truly hope your life gets better and you develop some empathy tho just not going to keep seeing your comments because I know how I likely either is
It's really funny how you think companies truly care about what's right and have only your personal best interests at heart.
If tomorrow it became more profitable to support Trump they absolutely would. Look at what every company in Nazi Germany did. They shifted to support those in power regardless of any morality to continue making money.
Companies should never police morality. They don't care about right or wrong. They care about money. Sure this time they're hurting the right people, but you're naive to think that will always be the case.
You want to ban hate speech? Get your government to do it so you have a set standard that's equally applicable.
