If think if there was State Bowling Night with pseudo-random people once a month, and participants got like $20 per time they went, it would unironically probably help people be less lonely. This would accomplish more than any anti-terrorism initiative in history, so it can't be done.
it sucks that the USA will spend money on aircraft carriers and not free bowling.
