This is just to claim that building it is a national security matter to bypass laws intended to regulate the construction of vanity projects. It's just lies.
And it works - scotus in their infinite stupidity decided they can't judge whether something is a national security issue or not.
SCOTUS is not a legitimate judicial body anymore and needs to be dismantled. Conservatism destroys everything it touches.
