3DS Pokemon takes me back, I put like 200 hours into Alpha Sapphire back when it came out.
This week I started poking the original Guilty Gear, because how do I combo. How does anyone ever play fighting games, goddamn. But Guilty Gear just looks cool so I wanna play it. Mostly just been messing around in training so far.
I like how obviously crushed it is for the PS1's benefit, like it's a very good looking game but has a lot less animation frames than Capcom's Saturn fighters because there's only 1MB of VRAM to work with. Similarly the game has tons of sfx and voice samples and they are all BITCRUSHED SO BAD. I think I've heard better ADPCM playback on a mega drive...
