For me, it is the Tachi workout style ad. I said "style" because it started out to sell Tachi workout, then gradually moved on to sell you Speech training exercises.

Format is the same:

I'm {insert age above 50}, I dont follow experts instead i use the {insert their products} for {insert number less than 10} minutes per day.

95% of my watching and listening are ad free. So anytime I see an ad I think it’s cringy already.

That being said, ads for medications are the fucking worst. Playing on trying to treat a disease by going straight to the patient, who doesn’t have a medical degree. Showing shots of frolicking and loving life while the announcer quickly says all the side effects that are worse than the disease itself.

That’s then most cringeworthy to me.
