For me it's kinda like every ad. They all assume I'm dumb and won't notice what they're trying to do. They're half the reason I stopped watching TV three decades ago ๐
If it at least is funny and make me laugh or at the very least transport some true basic facts about the product. But yes, they're rare. Most apply to emotions, and fuck you for trying to manipulate me in such cheap manners.
I liked that Toyota ad, where the car parked in 5 seconds, as long as the ad. Some of them are nice. It's just fewer and fewer nowadays
Early Hulu had an ad for water that went something like "our water is so refreshing it's removed the rest of your ads" and then there were no more ads.
This is fun, haha
