A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

This just sounds like everyone? I am sure some ageism happens but the only "scientific" part of this is a quick single source comparison of total number of job hunters.
Its awful out there.
It sounds better than for us youngins, they're all getting interview's from job applications.
We're only getting interviews through network
Yeah, I’m nowhere near 50 and I’m coming up on two years of Unemployment.
