Well I'm inclined to believe that a machine would at least keep its acronyms straight (HOTL = Human In The Loop???)

they are asking for a someone to work with a low wage to oversee AI so the acronym would be "Human In The Loop, Economically Restricted". That's why they were all clamoring that they all love H.I.T.L..... oh no, wait, now I get it...
