I can’t imagine getting paid enough to fuck myself and everyone over this much.
The ruling and owning classes are not subjected to the same set of rules as we are.
When u have enough money you can just pay for citizenship. Ie. The Trump Gold Card: Managed through the Official Trump Card Gateway, foreign nationals can secure U.S. residency in record time by paying a $15,000 DHS processing fee and completing a background check, followed by a $1 million contribution.
