Hello, I'm not seeing OP's responses on a thread, but i can see them in an alt piefed.blahaj.zone account.

But i realized it was because i have blocked OP previously.

So my question is, if I have blocked them, why can i read their post? Is there something wrong with my account?

I suppose the first troubleshooting step is to find a desktop computer and see if using a different client other than Blorp is any different?

Anyone have insight into what is going on? Thank you

Both correct. Sorry for the confusion. Is there anything left unclear?

@ada is blocking something blahaj does on my behalf, or something my threadiverse client does for me?

Does blocking not block posts from the blocked user by design?

As far as I'm aware, it's client side only. It doesn't stop content federating to the piefed instance, because other people can still see it. As for why you can see posts, but not comments from a blocked user, I'd test that on the default piefed web interface and see if it works the same there. If piefed default hides posts too, then it's an issue with the app you're using. If piefed default shows it, then it's a question for the piefed dev!
