- Honest questions or conversations.

Unacceptable
Depending on severity, you might be warned before adverse action is taken.

Application of warnings or bans will be subject to moderator discretion. Feel free to appeal. If changes to the guidelines are necessary, they will be adjusted.
If you vocally harass or discriminate against any individual member, you will be removed.
Likewise, if you are a member, sympathizer or a resemblant of a group that is known to largely hate, mock, discriminate against, and/or want to take lives of any other group of people, and you were provably vocal about your hate, then you you will be banned on sight.
Provable means able to provide proof to the moderation, and, if necessary, to the community.

Yeah, it’s also not an “airtight” set of beliefs. The bible is a messy collection of books distant from each other in time and goals. You can probably find a passage to justify any point.
Folks looking to use it for their own means are spoiled for choice. Have been for centuries.
But that's also like, the point. The practice of scripture is about having a shared tool to make sense of things as it is the faith that that tool is indeed the right one to do so. Everyone uses it for their own ends.
Absolutely! It’s a pretty effective gimmick
I think a lot of you have a hard time understanding why religions do harm, and are a bit too prideful about knowing that they do often cause harm.
It isn't a "gimmick," and it is also deeply settler-colonial to suggest whatever form of knowledge production you subscribe to happens to be the "right," one. Many cultures that didnt invent the bigotry we hate also practiced scripture, and devaluing that as a "gimmick" is not only racist, but irresponsible. If being "rational" was insulated from the context that "rationality" existed in, the white men would have fixed themselves in their salons when they thought they were too good for it all. Big surprise:
