I really suspected it to be an IRC hosting service and the chat to be some hidden room on the server. Not for the entire domain to be dedicated to pedophiles.

I was morbidly curious, but you don't have to peel back very much to see that the "support group" framing is kayfabe. A support group would be talking about therapy or coping mechanisms for their attraction, this forum appears to be reveling in it.
