I really suspected it to be an IRC hosting service and the chat to be some hidden room on the server. Not for the entire domain to be dedicated to pedophiles.

I was about to comment that clicking that just clicking this link seems like a recipe to get someone sent to your door, but on second thought this guy's just doing it out in plain view so who knows
