For local politicians usually it isn't even that much, selling your soul for often five to six figures. It's not like they can retire on that kind of money.

A lot of those motherfuckers are selling us out for four figures, especially at the local level.

One of the most depressing things about all of this is just how little of a bribe it actually takes.
