There's a grain of truth in this. Sweat can smell good IF YOU'RE CLEAN. If it's sweat that's been on you for 24 hours and starts fermenting on you it's going to stink. But the sweat you make in the first hours after you've bathed? That's nice.

So take a shower right before your date. And then be slightly nervous.

I agree except for this part, because fear sweat comes from different glands and is chemically different, smells worse.
