I'm actually kind of glad all the CHUDs are declaring the game woke. It'll be impossible for them to hide how pathetic they look when they screech "go woke, go broke" at the biggest selling video game of all time.
You'd think they would be a little more savvy and say "see, this is what happens when you listen to GAMERS, you sell a billion copies." so they can try to claim the game as a CHUD thing, but I guess if they had the self-awareness to do that, they would have the self awareness to not be CHUDs.
Counterpoint: They won't care and just move on from it. You should care less about it, don't give the most pathetic fuckers on earth space in your mind palace.
I give them the amount they deserve, the same I would to a funny clown that I can point at and laugh.
You’d think they would have learned after they shat the bed over the Odyssey, made by a director with nakedly conservative artistic leanings, the guy who made the hero of a Batman movie “the police” instead of “the Batman.” Turns out it wasn’t “woke” and the average moviegoer enjoyed it. Even Bean Shapino couldn’t bring himself to snark all over it once it was out.
But as you say they lack self awareness and general awareness.
I enjoyed the movie for what it was. Haven’t enjoyed a big popcorn flick in theaters in like a decade and it hit the spot. Not much to think about, people were drawing way too many conclusions from it. And to hear all the chuds in the theater outwardly dying at the sight of Eli Page and every brown actor was more gratifying than the consequences from any supposed conservative imagery anyone here is complaining about. Movie’s just about a dude making a big double bass sound with his bow. It’s not especially Calvinist, the director is just a dumb cool bro who wants things to look cool in the eyes of an 8 year old boy. Chill out, stop shitting your pants, and just enjoy the visuals. 4channers and Hexbear users pretty much are the same people, it seems like.
