Yeah, but they implemented a moveable task bar, which has been available in every other operating system and most DEs for probably 20 - 30 years, so you know... progress kinda.

The moveable task bar was available in any other Microsoft operating system since windows 95.

It's chilling that at launch, Windows ME had a better taskbar than Windows 11 and it took 5 years to get to feature parity
