Well folks, I found an IRL cat hater!

Genuinely took me off guard when she said that.

She also snarled in disgust when I showed her a picture of one of the sweet heart strays in my neighborhood.

.....Probably coming off as a fake post, but no, I'm being serious!

Ive had peoples dogs literally go for me and they act like its funny and cute. I have a strong fear that one day these people will be standing around laughing watching their dog rip my throat out. When I was a kid I couldn’t play in my own garden cos the neighbours dogs kept trying to break down our garden fence to kill me lol.

I also remember sitting in an emergency vet room watching this tiny dog bleed out on the floor as it had been ripped to shreds by a bigger dog. Also another emergency vet visit where a bull terrier that could barely be held back wanted to attack every single pet and person in the room but i assume its because the scumbags who had it trained it to be an attack dog.

Again none of this is really a problem with dogs themselves but people and the fact they have no concept how complex these creatures can be

No! It's not! I have a healthy fear of predators!

I got chased by a neighbor's Belgian Malinois for committing the crime of playing in the alley with my friends

I was 8 years old, thinking i was going to be killed and probably the only reason I wasn't was because my brother helped me run away (I tend to freeze when scared)

My parents called the cops on that neighbor and all that ended up happening was the pigs yelling at me and my friends for "being disrespectful"

That's really fucked up!
