It's usually in the mornings when he thinks no one's at home, and its always some mariah carey type stuff

Mind you that's pretty fucking illegal. So if OFCOM happens to be monitoring and catches wind of what you're doing - even if it's to prevent a legitimate nuisance - you can get a hefty fine.
