She chose to betray her associates to improve her own situation.

You may believe 99% of people would make that choice, but I don't think you have any evidence for that.

They were threatening her family. If you know anything about the FSB you know these are not idle threats. She chose to cooperate to prevent harm to her family and at the same time tried to get out from under the assignment she got from the FSB.

Reducing this to a prisoners dilemma is really not helpful for predicting real people's responses to situations like that.
