I don't know the first thing about running a law firm, but 400 sounds like a lot of potential billable hours. It'd be amazing if these repos banded together and filed counter-notice.

I wonder what number someone pulled out of their ass at Nintendo to justify the cost of doing all this the past couple years. The Switch is getting pretty long in the tooth and the market's been at saturation. I really do think this is really just about someone at Nintendo being butthurt and not good business.
