It is not a place for 'how do I?', type questions.

Please don't delete your post for no apparent reason. If you plan on deleting a question later, say so in the post, or if you feel that you have a good reason to remove it, message a mod beforehand. It's not fair to the ones who took their time to answer, and it's not in the spirit of the community.
8) No Bots.

Please explain the difference. We are both repeating the same statements across multiple instances.
I can't tell if you're either disingenuous or dense, but I guess I'll take the bait.
They're spreading new information across a wider space. You're just whining and contributing nothing to the communities or the discussion.
Ah, well, ok, Mr. Toxic Positivity, here's an argument that is implied by my whining which might contribute more greatly to discussion:

Discarding complaining as "whining"--and my attempts at more substantive discussion was met with the eye roll emoji, so perhaps nothing negative has any value at all to this person.
