Outside of the content which is abhorrent in its own right, I hate how he goes about speaking on this topic:

Tortured english as well. How about saying "He knows" instead of "He isn't able to stop from knowing"?
In this specific case I think he is using the right English to say something extremely idiotic and chauvinist.
The idea is that all of us in China are completely brainwashed and in the dark to the reality of our country and the happenings within, and thus he and his white saviour friends are doing us a favour by parroting propaganda nonsense to teach us "the truth" of our situation.

Probably, but I suppose the tortured roundabout way of saying it is to keep the veneer of "leftist" socially acceptable chauvinism as opposed to being more direct about their beliefs.
