Sure you could just pretend that axiomatically humans are magically endowed with moral rights, not reference any physical reality to justify this, then claim that anyone asking you to is engaging in a fallacious argument.
That's a tactic that's been popular when people want to hurt others for centuries!
it doesn't need to be magic. it's obvious that people aren't cows. different things should be treated differently.
