What is cheese pizza? As opposed to... pizza with no cheese? Don't pizzas usually have cheese?

The antithesis of a cheese pizza is a pizza with toppings. It's an idiom, so I wouldn't recommend thinking too hard on it.

Ah ok, you mean a margherita pizza? I just didn't know what the term referred to. I've not heard it called that before.
