Insulting Putin and his cronies (Orban, Trump, Musk,...) is absolutely fine but don't use homophobic or similar language against them. Members of the queer community don't deserve to be compared to that scum. Also: Putin disciminates against gay people. If you do as well, you're part of the problem.

Don't submit direct links to Twitter/X and Truth Social posts. You may: Post a screenshot + quote, do a full quote and name the author, direct link to a proxy service like xcancel.com, deep link an image embedded in a tweet because Lemmy will cache a copy.

Don't just complain about paywalls. If you encounter one, be a sport and link to an archived version instead. Use Firefox + Cookie AutoDelete + uBlock Origin with the annoyances filters enabled and https://filterlists.com/lists/bypass-paywalls-clean-filter to avoid encountering many in the first place.

Does North Koreas population support the combat losses? Or are these conscripts auxiliary and/or non-combat to ensure they aren't lost so quickly?
It mentions Korean women in factories, so...what there? Eventually NK has such a low population China just finally absorbs the territory?
I don't know for sure if you mean politically support or if it's sustainable for the North Korean population.
Obviously the political support is irrelevant, in a country where the population believe their leader is a god.
So I guess sustainability is the question.
North Korea has a population of about 26 million, and not very many old people because life expectancy is even worse than Russia. Also a very big deal of the population is in the military, so I expect if 50k people were taken out of the military without replacement, it would actually make life easier for the remaining population.
But the 50k soldiers is only 0.2% of the Korean population, so I don't think it will threaten the sustainability of North Korea to lose every single one of them.
