I used to be that way at that age. I used to take delight in smelling fresh coffee grounds in the morning while making my coffee, and telling myself "Enjoy it while you can, because you never know when it'll be the last time."
Living like that was stressful. I'm in my late 30's now. It eventually goes away and you just learn to enjoy the life you've got without putting the pressure of "... this goes away at some point," weighing down on you all the time.
It's kinda bullshit that we have to deal with this, tbh. Consciousness, death, and the nature of existence are basically eldritch concepts beyond the scope of scientific reckoning that provably exist. I am not used to experiencing problems in my life that are truly unsolveable, nor unknowable.
