I'd take it as a compliment. If you are worried by these accusations i think the best way to avoid is to document how you create your art pieces. Like the wave girl's water where the wave crushes looks amazing.

Unfortunately you can generate timelapses so they have stopped being reliable. It's amazing what lengths these people will go to to pretend they're artists, they'd be better served putting all that energy into actually learning art.
