Stevens outspent El-Sayed by a factor of like 10 to 1. Clinton outspent Trump, too. A bigger war chest isn't a guarantee of electoral victory anymore.

not really. CU moved the baseline, it takes a huge amount of effort to overcome that shit and that effort and peoples' volunteer hours would be better spent elsewhere
