I reach for the margarine shelf personally.

A.) I'm incredibly lazy and very much enjoy how margarine is nice and soft even when straight out of the fridge.

B.) I kinda prefer the taste tbh.

The most neutral flavor vegan butter I’ve found is this one, which is partly coconut oil:

Otherwise I don’t mind the other brands like Flora. Some are above 70% fat, and are much more appropriate alternatives than margarine to dairy butter.

I'm not a huge fan of Keiju or any of the other old school margarines, typically using Oivariini.

But the vegan stuff is great. I also bake with it when making stuff fully vegan, because it's very nice tasting for stuff like a good vegan carrot cake.

This is the stuff:

It's made from vegetable oils, including coconut and shea. Plus oat milk and stuff, genuinely tastes like butter to me.
