Many thanks to @Vittelius@feddit.de for creating this!
Well, let's see if the f.o mods got the memo!

What is this misinformation in the comments? You see how this post you commented under was not removed? On feddit.org there are really many people who stand openly against the genocide. We even have some communitys here that have written in the ruleset that "Antigermans" are not welcome. Antigermans is a subgroup of german "lefties" that are Pro Israel. I don't see them as Left. Free Palestine and stop spreading such misinformation. I never had problems with this opinion here and pretty much everyone I know here is against the Genocide. Even the Admins. I personally talked to two of them about it. The post you shared is crazy, I hope these Women at some point will get in prison for that.
You are right, I remembered it wrong, as there’s in fact no such rule for the instance itself. However, it is a rule in feddit‘s largest and most active comm !europe@feddit.org (11,4K/5,45K), namely Rule #4, which states:
Not even denying, but questioning.
I‘ll repeat my original argument about a German instance infested with Zionist supporting policies, edited to not spread „misinformation“ and after that I’ll expand on the blanked deletion rules of the other comms:
There is no such thing as a right to exist for nation states. Yet, feddit.org‘s largest community has a rule that sanctions even only questioning the non-existing right for that state — not denying, questioning. That‘s quite the Zionist take (and if anyone by now is still confused by this, Ill be happy to explain). So it’s very clearly a rule in defense of the political ideology that is currently genociding and lebensrauming. Which has been a thing since its inception, because it‘s what Zionism does.
Also, there is no German law that penalizes „questioning the statehood of Israel“.
But that’s not all.
It‘s also a rule on feddit‘s second largest, third monthly active comm !dach@feddit.org (5,46K/2,28K), as well as the very first rule on feddit‘s rather small, but fifth active comm !deutschland@feddit.org (2,67K/723), which states, translated:
Which is ridiculous, as politics are allowed and Germany is complicit, so it would be on topic and should be talked about vehemently. Even more clearly visible, as Germany just blocked sanctions against Israel from the EU.
The not mentioned second largest community is ich_iel, a freaking meme comm. All other comms on this instance have only marginal relevance.
From the Top 5 communities of this instance, 3 have Zionist supporting policies, 1 is a meme comm.
If we remove the meme comm, we’re left with europe, dach, germany and deutschland, and out of this group, which all have a national identity focus, which I find kind of weird, around 91,45 % have policies repressing anti-zionist voices with flimsy reasoning, or repress voices in support of Palestine altogether, by completely blocking out the broader topic, which by nature of the conflict, supports the oppressor and makes the victim of the genocide invisible.
You could have corrected me, but you chose to split hairs on a technicality. Most of the most active comms in this instance are actively repressing support for the oppressed or even accept it as a topic.
These communities chose the wrong side of history. Most of the main comms of the instance. The perception shown in the above post (now deleted) certainly is not unfounded, you might just be blind towards it.
To me it reads like the OC is trying to have a "gotcha"-moment.
They're posting in a thread that's discussing a verdict of a German court. Only going by the headline (which is not painting the whole picture - who could have guessed) one could assume that it's now officially decided, that comparing Israel to the Nazi regime would be ok and no longer counted as a criminal offence.
Looking back at the problems of db0 and feddit.org that had their peak a few months ago - the main point was that some people from db0 and other instances were really quick to label everyone who did not 100% agree to their take on everything to do with Israel/Palastine "Nazi" (and other things). Whenever feddit.org mods or admins deleted comments and posts or banned someone for being uncivil, not following nettiquette or they feared actual laws might have been broken there were comments and posts declaring the whole feddit.org instance to be a stronghold of "Nazis", "facists", and a bunch of other not so nice things.
Now it seems they feel that the verdict proves their point when it comes to a certain flavour of discussion. Feddit.org mods "getting the memo" (nice wordplay btw - the linked "news" post is from Middle East MOnitor or MEMO) is their way of saying "see, we were right all along".
There is no such thing as a right to exist for nation states. Yet, feddit.org has a rule that grants that non-existent right to Israel explicitely and sanctions denial of the non-existing right for that state only. That‘s quite the Zionist take. So a rule in defense of the political ideology that is currently genociding and lebensrauming. Which it has done since its inception, because it‘s what Zionism does.
Lol, are we the same person?
Ja
This is just bad faith/trollig at this point. Won't delete it though, since you are the obvious troll wanting to reinflame a leftist infight and all other people in this thread seem to know that or at least don't rise to this provocation.
I know approximately zero about feddit.org other than something I read yesterday that said you guys strictly adhere to and enforce German antisemitism law, which includes not maligning Israel.
As you can imagine, this post was a surprise to me, as is the level of snark you're giving the person you responded to.
It seems to be a pervasive enough rumor that you should not assume that people who believe it are operating in bad faith.
There is no German antisemitism law. These rules either are a sheepish kind of preemptive obedience, as the German state represses unwanted discussions about the genocide and the mods are afraid to get into trouble and act in support to that repression, or the rules are ideologically based, which basically means they‘re supporting the Zionist project and the genocide, but either don‘t like to discuss their views or are afraid to be confronted with them.
3 of the main 5 comms have explicit rules to avoid the topic and its discussion, without actual legal necessity.
That's not true as far as I've been led to believe, especially from rumors I've heard about the moderation here, but all the web searches I was willing to commit the time to only gave results for their most recent bill to outright criminalize criticism of Israel.
Yes, it‘s being considered to create such a law for Israel, so it would become nearly impossible to discuss Germany‘s role in the genicode, since you could easily get reported for the most minor things. Currently you’d usually be confronted with an anti-semite accusation, if you criticize Israel slightly too harsh, from which the state prosecutor would have to make a case for hate speech, and that’s just not a thing in this context.
But that‘s what I‘m saying, the feddit comms do this preemptively, without the law even being a thing.
The europe comm rule says „don‘t question the statehood of Israel“.
The DACH and Deutschland comm‘s even go as far as to delete posts about the topic, per their own rule.
There are no more comms significant enough, other than ich_iel, which has no such rule, but is a meme comm. I don‘t know, yet, how they handle the topic. It‘s fairly large, but not really that relevant here.
I wrote a comment with more details
Yeah this is a whole mess I don't know if I have the time and energy to pick apart, but I'm glad someone is out there trying to.
In closing:
I don't like what Israel is doing to Palestine. If that means I'm a criminal in Germany or should be banned from this instance, so be it.
It's quite obvious that they're trying to troll, also keeping in mind the long story of the db0-fedditOrg leftist infight*. From your perspective their comment could read like a dog whistle: You don't understand the full meaning since you don't know enough about the instances' beef. But from their and our perspective it's an obvious attempt to reinflame tensions between the instances. They could have choosen to actually have a discussion, but just having a look at the thread they linked tells me that they don't want to.
TL;DR: No need to discuss anything other than: "Ok, we get it, you wanna troll, but we don't fall for it, thanks for your efforts."
Thank you for your attention.

Really? Just because some irate people on Lemmy call us feddit users zionists doesn't mean it's true. As far as I know, all of the feddit admins are against the Palestinian genocide and want Bibi and any perpetrators of war crimes and genocide in prison.
(edited the part that got the comment removed for misinformation)
Something like a right of existence for nation states does not exist. Certainly not for ethno-nationalist settler-colonal projects. Nonetheless, some of the most prominent comms on this instance chose to define a rule, that makes it an offense to either question the right to exist for Israel explicitly (europe) or outright delete any posts about the Genocide (dach, deutschland). These are pretty much policies in direct support of Zionism.
Paying nothing more than lip service towards the genocided people, while naively claiming the genocide to be a problem of the current head of state of the genociding force, while it‘s actually a categorical problem of an ethno-nationalist settler-colonial Apartheid state, also smells a whole lot like Zionism.
