I get job listings from Indeed, and i rarely see unlimited PTO, but it seems too good to be true. You'll just be measured against other people who take no days off.

I think it depends, but I have seen people accrue negative PTO through my job that requires me to look at over 200 people's stuff like that.

For those places it's a way to put workers into debt really and deny paying out after a lay off.
