He's on the boat deck, guns pointing at a destroyed Nazi ship. The artist is simplifying and skimping on details due to the smaller scale.

This does not look like AI art to me
Does to me. The spare tire of the car being its own color but the deck of the boat being shaded skin color is too weird an artistic choice in my eyes.
What? Are we looking at the same image?
