Ah yes, the time when you'd choose nVidia as a Linux user because the ATI drivers sucked ass.

I was lucky to have an ATI Radeon 9250 256mb back in the day, like the good one with the wider memory bus that actually performed closer to a 9500. In Windows at least. The 9250 managed to sneak between the 'legacy' driver and the 'new' driver and wasn't supported by either under linux.
