I loved it. I can see why some people wouldn't like it, The Odyssey as a story has always been a little disjointed and a lot of running away from A to B, but I think it was an incredible theater experience and a really good take on "What if Odysseus was actually guilty of his heroics". @khrux@ttrpg.network did a breakdown I pretty much agree with so I'm not going to repeat the same comment, but I'll just add some random impressions:

It was so funny seeing Agamemnon aura farm the entire movie only to die a quick and unsatisfying death.
Interesting that they completely cut the iconic part of the story where Odysseus tricks Cyclops and says he's nobody.
Circe is horrifying.
I've seen some people online say the movie is sometimes slow paced/boring which is insane to me. If anything, the movie was really fast paced and some scenes didn't leave us time to breathe - which makes total sense because the movie is already really long. But someone saying it was slow? Crazy.
My only real complaint is the casting, it's bothering me how many actors I recognize and it took me out a little. ESPECIALLY Jon Bernthal, he plays the exact same character every time and I just can't help but look at him and think "what's The Punisher doing here?"
