Don't know if they're weevils, they're tiny brownish beetles (the dark dots you see in the front, for example).
No more pictures because I threw it away before they could spread to all of my kitchen. It looked like they couldn't leave the jar, so hopefully they didn't.
I google searched and it gave me some nonsense about it being static electric towers of spices
I said "it's writhing" and it told me it's drugstore or cigarette beetles, after immediately being like "throw it away outside of your house" like it's something scary that needs to be killed with fire
it made it sound like you wanna worry about them spreading to your other spices
